The following terms and conditions apply only to online purchases from Superfood Cocoa made through www.superfoodcocoa.co.uk, via telephone, or email. The terms “you”, “your”, and “yours” refer to the customer/purchaser utilizing our Internet site to purchase services or merchandise (“Product”). The terms “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Superfood Cocoa.
Returns and Refunds for Online Purchases
I believe the only way a business merits existence is through integrity, quality, and servicing happy customers. If there’s anything I could have done better, please let me know.
That said, I do not guarantee refund for personal preference in flavour, but will work with you on a case-to-case basis and do everything I can to make sure you are satisfied.
Due to the nature of our business and the perishable products I sell, I cannot accept returns and do not guarantee refunds in any case unless I have made an error. Any order cancellation will incur 20% cancellation fee.
Shipped Products
Please allow up to 4 business days as I make and package every product by hand fresh! If this is for a holiday, wedding, anniversary, event, or any other such celebration and you need delivery by a specific date, please email me right away.
When buying Superfood Cocoa chocolate from Superfoodcocoa.co.uk, you may have it shipped via one of the available shipping options. To deliver, I must have proper and complete addresses. If I must reship due to incorrect address, I may ask you to pay the additional shipping cost.
The shipping rate for orders within the UK are a real-time calculation of the Royal Mail Postal Service prices as a reflection of the weight of the package. Royal Mail charges are the absolute best rates possible.
1st class delivery is my default shipping method for all packages and should arrive to you within 1-2 days of shipping.
However, all carriers have been experiencing heavy delays due to COVID and are no longer offering any guarantee, even with Next day delivery. Therefore, I sadly can not guarantee any shipping method, nor can I offer refunds for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier. Please expect your package to take longer to arrive once it leaves my loving hands.

I am not liable for orders that I cannot fulfil due to causes beyond my control, or for incomplete or inaccurate information being supplied by you or someone acting for you, including your Internet service provider, at the time your order is placed. Such information includes but is not limited to partial or incorrect credit card or payment information. At Superfoodcocoa.co.uk for your convenience I accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: MasterCard, Visa. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple Superfood Cocoa chocolate in a single order.

If you are purchasing Superfood cocoa chocolate for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Warranties for exported Superfood Cocoa chocolate may vary or be null and void. I reserve the right to limit the number of Superfood Cocoa chocolate sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax and insurance.
